The blue graph indicates that cylinder # 4 is not operating under load.

First, replace the spark plug in this cylinder and then repeat the test.
If nothing changes, replace the ignition coil.
If nothing changes, replace the fuel injector.

In the process of performing these checks, it is not necessary to install a new part every time.
It's enough to borrow temporarily the desired parts from an adjacent cylinder,
and immediately using a CSS script check the engine response.
If nothing changed, then it means the part just rearranged have nothing to do with the cause of the malfunction.
If the fault has moved to the adjacent cylinder, then it means that it has just been rearranged the cause of malfunction - replace this part with a new one.

In this case, as a result, will be replaced only really faulty part.

Follow the illustrations for: Coil on plug (COP) ignition system.

Look at the injection images:
https://usbautoscope.eu/en/sig-atlas/fuel-injectors/

Use the schematics that are provided for the ignition coils.
PIN 1 is the 12V sourse with the key ON Fuse 20A
PIN 4 are the ground connections to all the coils, all coils are connected in parallel
PIN 3 is the individual ECM control for each coil
PIN 2 is the IGF1 connection to the ECM, all coils are connected in parallel

Injector voltage is connected to the same Fuse 20A
PIN 2 of all injectors are connected to Fuse 20A
PIN 1 ECM grounds each injector

As with anything that creates high voltage spikes, use at least a 20:1 attenuator on all circuits.

Test one good known ignition coil and one good known injector. Measure and test all 6 ignition coils and injectors directly to the ECM.

If all the wiring connections are good between the ignition coils and injectors, then you have a defective ECM.
